*Open Positions:*

*1. Retail Account - Entry Level - PHP 15,000*

Job Type: Fixed Term Employment

- Handle customer inquiries for US Retail account

- Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work on a Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA) in Toledo

- No BPO experience required

*2. Home Security Account - No Experience Required - PHP 15,400*

- Assist customers with home security products and services

- Troubleshoot basic concerns

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- With or without BPO experience - open to fresh graduates and first-timers

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work on a Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA) in Toledo

*3. Retail Account - Experienced - PHP 17,000*

- Handle escalated customer concerns for Retail account

- Deliver high-quality customer experience

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- At least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE)

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work on a Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA) in Toledo
