Be part of our Insurance Voice Team in Pasay! We're looking for experienced Voice CSRs for our stable MENDOTA account. Earn up to Php 22,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide accurate information and assistance

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Meet quality and performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate up to College Graduate

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
