Role Overview:
As an Insurance Account Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing expert advice on insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth information on insurance products
- Help customers with insurance inquiries and claims
- Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- 1+ year BPO experience
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Excellent communication skills
