What is your mission?



You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:




  • Provide customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's customers.

  • Support content creators and deliver consultative support.

  • Perform data analysis to improve customer experience.

  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance account and the customer experience.

  • Perform outbound calls as needed.



 



Who are we looking for?




  • Candidates must be at least Senior High School graduate.

  • At least 2 months relevant working experience in Customer Service preferably in call center, hotel or food industry and bank/financial institution.

  • Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills

  • Social Media Savvy and knowledgeable with digital content management is a plus

  • High attention to details and follow through

  • An effective team player who can also work independently

  • Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
