What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's customers.
- Support content creators and deliver consultative support.
- Perform data analysis to improve customer experience.
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance account and the customer experience.
- Perform outbound calls as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates must be at least Senior High School graduate.
- At least 2 months relevant working experience in Customer Service preferably in call center, hotel or food industry and bank/financial institution.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Social Media Savvy and knowledgeable with digital content management is a plus
- High attention to details and follow through
- An effective team player who can also work independently
- Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
