We are hiring an experienced Quality Lead / Quality Manager with a mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to drive quality excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Data Analytics, and Operational Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide quality and process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Execute DMAIC and DMADV projects to reduce defects, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Analyze operational data using Minitab, Power BI, Excel, and statistical tools to identify improvement opportunities.
Design dashboards, quality metrics, and performance reports for leadership review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable quality improvements.
Mentor teams on Six Sigma methodologies, process excellence, and quality best practices.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and CMMI.
Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Present project outcomes, quality insights, and improvement recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
