Join our Retail customer support team! Help customers with online orders, returns, and troubleshooting. This is an ideal opportunity for those starting in BPO.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with retail product inquiries
- Help process returns and exchanges
- Provide solutions to product-related issues
Requirements:
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates
- Strong communication skills in English
