Job Title: Account Collections Representative

Basic Salary Range: PHP 18,500 - PHP 22,000

Work Schedule: Shifting

Work Setup: Onsite Setup

Education Requirement: 2nd Year College Completed

Experience: Minimum 1 Year BPO Experience in Collections Account

Location: Quezon City

Job Description:

As an Account Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the collection of outstanding customer accounts in a dynamic and challenging environment. Your primary goal will be to recover overdue payments, resolve billing issues, and provide excellent customer service throughout the collections process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account Management:
- Initiate contact with customers to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiate and set up repayment plans based on customer financial situations.
- Handle inquiries and concerns related to overdue accounts with a customer-centric approach.

Collections Process:
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to recover outstanding debts.
- Follow established procedures for collections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.

Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

Performance Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly collections targets.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring quality customer interactions.

Reporting:
- Generate and submit regular reports on collection activities and progress.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a Collections Account.

2nd Year College Completed.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle challenging and sensitive conversations with customers.

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
