(ACTIVE) Senior Finance SPR Business Analyst | Hybrid in Taguig

• Assess and document current-state system flows, data requirements, finance processes, accounting, reporting, and control frameworks.

• Analyse process variations across products, desks, legal entities, and regions, identifying opportunities for standardisation.

• Apply the global Target Operating Model (TOM) and identify implementation gaps and necessary local variations.

• Conduct gap analysis, develop solution proposals, and facilitate business decisions.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and testable requirements.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product owners, and subject-matter experts through workshops and requirement reviews.

• Support UAT planning and execution, requirement validation, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and testing activities.

• Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and end-to-end requirements traceability.

• Prepare operating procedures, go-live designs, training materials, and business readiness documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall professional experience, including substantial business analysis or operating model experience in banking or regulated financial services.

• Strong understanding of investment banking products and transaction lifecycles.

• Knowledge of finance processes, accounting, financial reporting, and control frameworks.

• Experience in large-scale transformation, data migration, or regulatory change initiatives.

• Proven ability to document requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with UAT, requirements traceability, RAID management, and implementation readiness is preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience with legal-entity, desk, product, or regional rollouts.

• Exposure to global operating model implementation and process standardisation.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Work Requirements

• Willingness to work from Taguig in a hybrid setup, with two onsite days per week.

• Comfortable working from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

• Preferably available to join within 30 days.
