Job Level : Specialist
Location: Octagon
•Analyze existing SRAs to identify possible TPProtect rules that can be applied for the operations of the client.
•Collaborates with the Operations in determining the operational set up, tools and other information about a program that is a candidate for TP Protect implementation.
•Create the rules and request to the TPProtect Team considering the threat and fraud detection capabilities of TPProtect and its applicability to the program.
•Collaborates with the incident response team in identifying risks associated with the incident and assessing the applicability of TPProtect in addressing the incident
•Supports the team in utilizing TPProtect to effectively reduce, mitigate, and detect threats and fraudulent activities.
•Serve as a key link between Operational Security Managers (OSM) or Client Risk Assessor (CRA) and the TPProtect team in the implementation of TP Protect among client programs of Teleperformance.
Risk Recheck Survey:
•Person in-charge for the design and facilitation of the Risk Recheck Survey. Conducts regular surveys with business owners to identify any changes in their production environment, helping to proactively detect potential security threats.
Security Risk Assessment:
•Works closely with the Manager-Global Client Risk to ensure full SRA Agenda planning and compliance requirements are met.
•Responsible for preplanning and gaining SRA attendance commitments from business POCs for the clients they are assigned.
•Communicates the entire SRA plan (Phase 1 to Phase 6) to all applicable Teleperformance client leadership.
•Follows up, if necessary, Phase 1 meeting times with all applicable SMEs.
•Attend client presentation Phase 4 and fully introduce the SRA process, the program goals and provide any supporting information as needed during the presentation. Or follow up in the delivery of the SRA by the business owner.
•Follows up annually and reassess all clients/LOBs as per the SRA program process Phase 6
•Follows up with departmental and/or leadership heads to ensure Teleperformance and client owned documented risks are being mitigated.
Risk Management team support:
•Works on and supports the OSM/CRA s requests to unlock the SRA that is for modification.
Required Skills:
Education
•Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering or Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Experience
•A minimum of 1 year of experience in the information security field
•1 year call center experience with Operational background preferred
Project Management experience preferred
Job Requirements
•Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
•Criminal Background Check & Drug Testing or equivalent according to local law if applicable
•Must be 18 years old
•Must have ability to remotely develop rapport with Business Leadership
Skills and competencies:
•Familiarity with security standards, regulations, etc. including, but not limited to PCI DSS, ISO27001 and ISO27002, HIPAA, etc.
•Full windows competency (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).
•Full competency in TEAMs and scheduling management utilizing Outlook Calendar
•Analytical, detail oriented, and ability to focus on deep level of security issues.
•Relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
•Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skill
•Ability to report and communicate KPI s and potential non-compliance issues (SRA Program roadblocks)
•Strong organizational skills, ability to organize other resources effectively and establish and communicate priorities
•Effective communication and rapport development with remote coworkers
•Preferred technical skills include experienced with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Office 365.
•Knowledgeable in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, including AWS, Genesys, and Citrix.
