Description / Requirements
Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: EDSA Greenfield
Work Setup & Schedule: Hybrid/ GY
Salary Range: PHP 80,000 – 110,000

Qualifications:
•BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
•At least 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity in the BPO or Call Center industry
•At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
•Project management certification or designation is desired (e.g., Scrum Master Level 1 or above, Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Prosci Change Manager)
•Proficient in MS Office tools (MS 365: MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Planner, MS Lists, etc.)
•Experience leading the implementation of medium to large-scale projects, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and develop detail-oriented, quality deliverables in support of new project implementations
•Experience managing people and facilitating teams
•Experience communicating and negotiating with senior-level management, including executives and above
•Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
•Experience with program management principles, methodologies, and tools
•Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
•Experience with call center technology and processes
