We’re hiring a Clinical Support Specialist for a voice-based healthcare position.
Responsibilities:
Answer client queries via voice communication.
Help with insurance claims and documentation.
Ensure service quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
PRC Licensed Nurse.
1 year of clinical experience.
Experience in healthcare services preferred.
Work Setup:
4-6 weeks onsite training, then WFH.
