Customer Care Specialist | Blended Non-Toxic Account & Possible WFH Job
Job Description -
- Frontline representative to support Company's customers via Phone, Email, and/or Chat
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to optimize the experience for each customer contact
- Ability to empathize and relate to customers even during difficult conversations
- Walk the customer through websites, customer-facing platforms, and tools to complete desired actions
- Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures
- Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request
Other Details:

Contract Duration: 5 months with possibility of extension and you could experience WFH arrangement if you perform well.
- Shift Schedule: US or Nightshift Schedule
- Site Location: McKinley Taguig, Manila
Qualifications:
-
Open for 2 year vocational graduates / SHS graduates / at least 2 years college undergraduate
- At least a year experience in BPO
- Must have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be amenable to work onsite (Taguig)
- Must be willing to accept project based for 5 months
- Can start on October 18, 2023
