*About The Role:*

Concentrix San Lazaro is mass hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance, Healthcare, and Chat Blended accounts. Candidates will be matched to the best account based on skills and experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance, healthcare, or chat support depending on account assignment

- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Meet quality and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate

- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience required (any account)

- Diploma must be available upon selection

- Complete Certificates of Employment (COEs) required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro, Manila on a shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
