Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing insurance accounts, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Manage and maintain existing insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewals and resolving any client concerns.
2. Policy Maintenance: Review and update policy information, endorsements, and other documents as needed.
3. Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
4. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and presenting insurance solutions to potential clients.
5. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain client data, policy information, and other records in our agency management system.
6. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.

Experience:
