KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas
- Deliver application status and procedures for completion
- Implement application initiation and completion
- Provide necessary loan notifications (including notification of terms and conditions of the loan)
- Administer disbursement process
- Adhere to all scripts, regulatory guidelines, and procedures
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisors
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
- At least a Senior High School graduate
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Services roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of operating system, browsers and MS Office Suite
- Basic familiarity in various mobile platforms (Apple, Android, Google, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to internal and clients-based tools, products, and applications
- Strong time management and comprehension and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
