Job Overview:
As an Insurance Account Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing support and guidance with their insurance policies. If you have a passion for helping others and can deliver excellent service under pressure, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers in managing their insurance accounts, including policy updates and claims status checks.
- Provide accurate information about insurance products and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Document all interactions and ensure customer accounts are updated promptly.
- Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer retention.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
