Job Overview:
The Insurance Account Support Officer will assist customers with their insurance-related needs and provide personalized support to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their insurance policies and accounts.
- Process account updates, claims, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and services to educate customers effectively.
- Handle escalations professionally and work towards timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Completed Senior High School education.
- At least 1 year of experience in the BPO or customer service field.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
