This is an excellent opportunity for Native Japanese Speakers and JLPT N1 Certified Professionals seeking an international career opportunity in Malaysia.
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate priority issues to team leads according to established procedures.
- Stay updated on product information, process changes, and service updates.
- Provide feedback on process improvements and best practices.
- Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and productivity standards.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality standards on all customer interactions.
- Maintain required staffed hours on scheduled workdays.
- Achieve productivity and performance targets within agreed service levels.
Qualifications
Language Requirements
- Native Japanese Speaker OR
- JLPT N1 Certification (Mandatory)
- JLPT N2 certification will not be considered.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese.
Education & Experience Requirements
University Graduate / Graduating in 2026
- No prior work experience required.
Vocational College Graduate
- Minimum 4–5 years of work experience required.
High School Graduate
- Minimum 7–8 years of work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage.
- Experience in E-commerce or Online Retail support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evening schedules.
