Role Overview:
As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling a range of customer inquiries, providing detailed insurance product explanations, and assisting with claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries
- Guide customers through the insurance process
- Resolve issues efficiently and maintain satisfaction
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- 1+ year BPO experience
- Completed 2 years in college (no backlogs)
- Strong communication skills
